Line severed into house - cannot speak with advisor

The line into my house has been severed for over a week.

I've been trying to get in contact with someone at EE to get a progress update on when it will be fixed. Every way I try, I just end up getting stuck with the text message service which says they have checked the line into my house and it is working fine - even though I can see it dangling off the pole outside.

I've texted ASSIST to the 66033 text service, but not getting any response.

How do I get in contact with someone who might be able to help me?

@Ger77 If you also consider the damaged cable if that is what you have then also the OR option.

Thanks finally go in contact with an advisor. They forgot to raise a work request with Open Reach to replace the line (or else Open Reach forgot to complete the job).
