Stressed with EE

We moved to EE a few months ago and have had nothing but stress with the service. The mobile service is appalling and when I am out and about I try to use it and it comes up with this so I can't browse anything when I am not at home.... Any ideas?

Also with my broadband my Outlook has suddenly stopped working and has signed me out and it will not let me sign in again. I think its a firewall setting. If anyone can help I'd be most grateful. I have ADHD and am really struggling with this and EE do not care. I spoke to someone last week and she was just rude. I can't get my son's diabetic app working all the time which is seriously life threatening when I am out and about.

Another thing is that if I am watching a film, it often pauses, disconnects then goes back to another point previously in the film which is so annoying. No provider has ever been this bad. There is no way to get hold of EE via email either which is not good for my ADHD and communicationn issues.

@krober Login to your free wifi at home and see if you can connect there, will be on your hub as EE WiFi also when you search it.

Welcome to the Community, @krober

It's disappointing to hear you've not been having the experience we'd expect with your service since joining.

Could you please explain a bit more about what is happening when you try to use your mobile data when out and about?

It's not 100% clear what your screenshots relate to here, so are you finding you can't connect 100% of the time, or is it intermittent?

Just to be sure too, when you're at home are you connecting to the network listed on the slide-out card on your Hub, or are you connecting to 'EE WiFi?'
