Hi all just got this in,all connected fine sorry from my pc?,its 20 feet away from router but other devices further away do connect?.This not even showing the router as being there on my pc?,help?

@Grant12341 Do they show up when closer to the hub? What is it that you have got, and what is it you have a problem with. See the link below also. If the wifi is not reaching the devices you will need to get EE Wifi Extenders as an addon to your package, if older follow the link below.

I connect devices further away no problem?I have windows 10 pc.

@Grant12341 If it's only your windows 10 PC that is not connecting have you tried the Comp network to start with? If it has an Ethernet port on it run a cable between the PC and the Hub, rule out if WiFi is not connecting device wise.
