Hi there,

I recently got a new EE Smart Hub installed. Any device listed as connected via 'MLO' repeatedly disconnects and the only way to reconnect is to turn the WiFi on the affected device off and back on again.

I managed to make the connection more stable by setting static IPs, but that doesn't fix the problem when I return home after being at work, for example.

I want to turn the MLO part of the router off as devices on the 2.4 or 5GHz band appear to be fine.

How do I do this, or have I just got a faulty router?

It isn't faulty. You just can't disable MLO on these routers.
