@Chelsea5506 Just today was it for the changeover PN to EE? Then give it until midnight if not all working by tomorrow, EE CS is open from 8am, give them a call.

Hi ,no it was the 15th July , not very good on

Phone as my hearing is shot to pieces so thought maybe an alternative solution

@Chelsea5506 Post after your opening has a link to setting up an EE Hub, look at that select yours and go from that point onwards.

If there is anything specific list it and see if the Forum can help you out to resolve what may/may not be going on with it.
