Internet keeps dropping out?

My router looks as normal as it can do and the network is showing up on all my devices but it either says ‘unable to connect’ or it connects then drops out 5-10 mins later?

I have tried rebooting, etc. to no avail.

@Jodster19 Is this happening on all or just some off the devices, what is it that you have tried to reboot, the devices or the EE Hub and any extenders etc!

Does the actual hub led/light change when the Internet Connection get's dropped?

Hi! Sorry for the delayed reply.

this issue has been ongoing and driving me nuts!

I have spoken with a few different EE guides and they all just get me to turn the thing off and on again. From their end it looks super fast apparently, but my end it’s rubbish.

it happens on all devices. The hub does not change colour. I have actually received a new hub today in the hopes it was a hardware issue but it’s still doing it.

Very frustrating as I work from home and also like to game online so it keeps kicking me off!

@Jodster19 If the new replacement hub did not fix it all out, explain how you got it? Very unlike EE to just send you a hub when there system checks are saying nothing is wrong at there end of the pipeline.

Start with what hub you have from EE, the connection type or speed with the EE package you have, if you need to look then that link is below.

Explain what exactly? I’ve spoken to EE on four separate occasions about this issue and on the last conversation we agreed to try a new hub to rule out any hardware issues. Unfortunately, all my devices are still being kicked off.

I’ve been with EE for a few years and this is the first time this is happening.
