I moved to EE from Oggi. When I moved across I was told that EE would pay my final bill from my current supplier as I had 3-4 months left. Its been 4 months now and I haven't had any correspondence from EE tell me how to claim this money back

You can claim back up to £300 of your Early Termination Charges as credit to your EE Account.

Unfortunately the offer terms state:

"When you're not eligible

If you don’t send your final bill within 4 months"

@Rachel2107 Check you dates quickly, the day you went live on EE is your activation date, and if that is less than the 4 months ago now get it done rapid from the help link that @Matt_124 has supplied.
