It's worth trying the messaging option via a different device or browser, too.

My recommendation here is definitely to check out the document I shared above though, as this has details on how you can raise this direct with our complaint team via post or email.

I am trying to contact complaints as have been sold extenders that would never have been fit for purpose - which have been added to my package at a extra £8 a month for 2 years!! And i'll never be able to use them!! I've tried to call but go around in circles and the complaints message conveniently never works. I've been with them over 20 years and i'm disgusted. Can anyone assist with another number etc

Good morning, @Jmcdo54

Welcome to the community, and it's disappointing to hear you've been having some trouble getting your complaint raised for this, too.

If you're struggling to call or use the messaging option on our complaints page, I would recommend checking out our complaints code of practice

This has a few other options you can use for sending this to our complaints team.

Ive tried and the page is conveniently "loading" and when ive called im on for an hour going around in circles. I asked to speak to a manager which i was refused! I've looked on line and it says my complaint should be logged & i get a call back. I'm going to look for an alternative provider and as i have contacts in media our aim is to bring this to light the fact you have to be charged for something ee supplied that is not fit for purpose even though i queried it. I'm disgusted.
