Hi, I have my new broadband connection booked for 07/08 however looks like my move in date into new home will be delayed. Please advise on process of changing installation date

Hey Jim, it is empty however the agreement isnt signed yet and not sure if installation can be done in home.

Do you know whether the home already has/had BB? If it were the same type of BB as you have ordered there may be no need for an eng. to visit the home.
