      <title>Pro 7 Router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been having the same issues that many others have had with the extender, also random devices no longer connecting and not seeing the wifi networks/ssid. Thought at first it was the extender, having to re-connect using an ethernet cables, but I have begun to suspect the root cause is the router. If the gui can be believed, it switches off the networks for new connections, existing seem to work fine.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5010428"&gt;@sweemy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;It is currently not know if the Pro Hub you have is affected in the same way as the Plus version, still waiting on&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224807"&gt;@James_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;confirming so, it would be helpful if you looked at the Hub, Advanced settings and find out what version of FW you are on, below is were they are at and went with your version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FW: r3.8.24-R-1531355-PROD-1 and the gui is at App version 3.1.3. 17/09/2025 Now https://&lt;BR /&gt;FW: r3.8.25-R-1595997-PROD-1 and the gui is at App version ?.?.?. 23/12/2025&lt;BR /&gt;FW: r3.8.26-R-1595999-PROD-1 and the gui is at App Version is 3.1.3.19 24/12/2025&lt;BR /&gt;FW: r4.28.1-R-1882725-PROD-1 and the gui is at App Version is 3.14.5 31/05/2026 Stability Problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your Main wifi off and the Compatible wifi off is a concern from the image you have posted......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once cleared for viewing but it is an old EE Smart Hub 6 Plus version off the screen and not secured padlock etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Old 6 Plus version before a few FW updates so 18 months or so old now." style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/42949i5EC7622595C596D8/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="EE SH31B (1).jpeg" alt="Old 6 Plus version before a few FW updates so 18 months or so old now." /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;Old 6 Plus version before a few FW updates so 18 months or so old now.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Anything else then something else going on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit:- your picture cleared, up to you now, would be calling EE CS to find out why, as before EE is not saying the if/or why so cannot whole heartedly say yes/no but do not waste any time as other Postings with the Pro are causing all kinds off issues!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;FW: r4.28.1-R-1882725-PROD-1 and the gui is at App Version is 3.14.5 31/05/2026 Stability Problem&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;NO ONE has posted anything later with FW on the 7 Pro version, you will have to make it all limp along currently, the 6 Plus is found, fixed and new FW is currently rolling out for that!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry been away for most og July, yes its still happens and seems to be getting worse. Couldn't toggle then on this morning, resorted to power on/off the router. 6 hours later, all the OFF again. His is the 6+ version and the 7 Pro has just dropped if you indeed have it, FW page is updated EE wise so assume it's pushed out everywhere now. Are you using the app to toggle off/on condition for your Pro hub, if so check your version that you are using before doing any update to it also.       <description>&lt;P&gt;That is is not something I'm familiar with, is it a short dial for a EE phone/sim, I'm not a mobile customer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried to call CS but have been left on hold for many minute&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have the app, but generally prefer to use the PC/web interface for management of the hub&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;66033 is an EE shortcode useable from any mobile network. As is BT's equivalent, 61998. I've used both on the O2 network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is only 3 &amp;amp; 4-digit shortcodes that are network specific. 5 &amp;amp; 6-digit shortcodes are networkwide.&amp;nbsp; Just look at Eurovision's dial-in voting codes next year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
