      <title>Openreach not turning up again to fit full fibre</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know this is a common problem. But this is now becoming a joke.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1st installation date 1st July, Engineer turned up. Fitted internal cabling, and my new equipment had arrived, so far so good. Engineer then said he couldn't install external cable , from pole to external box at house. As he needs a 2 nd person to operate high lifter and pull cables through a line of trees. Yes ok fully understand,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;he would try to come back tomorrow, as I didn't now need to be at home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well it's now 24th,&amp;nbsp; I've had 4 missed appointments and even EE&amp;nbsp; is not returning my calls when they said they would. So I think I've now had enough and the equipment can go back and I'll go back to my old crap slow download speed that was never above the guarantee speed.old.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It really is less stressful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
