      <description>&lt;P&gt;OTS = One Touch Switch, the process OFCOM have in place for switching BB between ISPs whereby you only contact the gaining ISP you want to move to. You should start this a week or 2 before your min. term ends.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3389891"&gt;@Locomotion61&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2818"&gt;@XRaySpeX&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has already answered for you, the links supplied give the explanation also all about the OTS process, so you do not contact EE at all, just your new ISP that you are signing up for, if they are a OTS member it's all taken care off by the new ISP, EE will confirm by either a text / e-mail to you that you are leaving them so you know that the new ISP has done what is required.... The OTS varies by different ISP's and it's all about the assigned resources but the general is anything from about 7 - 21 days for it all to happen, choice is all yours, so hit it at least 21 day's before to be sure, if it's quicker then it's all in your favour switch wise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
