      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;recently we have not had broadband/wifi and smart tv for 18 days because of someone knocking a pole down. Numerous phone calls from myself and others in the area didn’t seem to rush the repair. I was promised in one of my phone calls that we would be given compensation, does anyone know how I would query this? &amp;nbsp;It takes forever trying to speak to someone when you ring.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
