Dear EE.

Currently in brighton and hove, the reception on boardband, non cellular data is averaging 300KiB/s.

The network checker service is down. I am self-employed, in full time education, and my business relies on being online.

I cannot work in these network conditions. Will there be any works carried out in this area to address the fiber speeds NOT BEING met? I refuse to continue paying £34/month for KILOBIT speeds in 21st century 1st world country.

Kindly,

Kirill

Thank you Jim,

It appears to have been my mistake, as I had left a large download running on another machine on my network and had completely forgotten about it, which was taking up the bandwidth rather than any fault with the service. Thank you for your response!
