    <description>&lt;P&gt;Full fibre worked fine until 3 weeks ago, logged fault told major outage in area&amp;nbsp; but neighbours have no issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Line failed 21-Jun&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE fix dates&amp;nbsp; keeps moving&amp;nbsp; 22-Jun then 24-Jun , 28-Jun , 29-Jun , 1-Jul ,2-Jul&amp;nbsp; 3-Jul, 6-Jul ,10- Jul and now gone to 17-Jul&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer support just read a script and have no anwers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone got any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
