Overseas - Broadband Billing Loop - need invoices sent via email

I am an existing customer living overseas and I get sent a link to my invoice to my email chrisda..... .(you will have the full email address as you send me the invoice link to that email). I pay my broadband monthly and have my account number (**********) but I am stuck in the app loop. Because I live abroad, the online security verification is failing. I just need copies of my invoices emailed to me. I could not even use my email address registered to me to access this community chat and had to use a different one. Help - I just need my invoices!!

@ChrisPV EE don’t email invoices to you. The email you are receiving is to make you aware that they are available via your account. if you’re having issues logging into your account, then you need to call customer support.

@Chris_B May be the OP has arranged Auto Mail forwarding on an International service address with the Postal Service. Still going to cost £3 per month extra on the billing cycle no matter which way it gets done! Accounts and Apps are a 💩. direct debit is the way to go, just making sure plenty off funds in the account even though living abroad!

@Chris_B : Yes, it would but one can assume there are peeps present at the BB home location / billing addy who can convey the gist of these bills to the OP.

@XRaySpeX One could assume that then again a permanent resident address doesn’t have to be occupied to have an internet connection. The address could just be empty.
