EE gives you a 'go live' date when you sign up or soon after. When were you told it would go live? You usually receive the router a day or 2 before going live. So isn't it a bit too soon?

If your Sky BB is still live then your EE BB can't be.

The EE TV Box only works on EE BB, not Sky's.

Hi, I got my Smart Hub 7 Plus today and plugged it in and plugged the WAN in to my OpenReach Modem and it has just been flashing orange for about 30 minutes now, I set my payment and start date to today (9th of July) and I am just wondering whether it isn't working because it hasn't gone live yet, is there a specific time it goes live or is it past midnight earlier is when it goes live? I am quite tech savvy so it's nothing I'm doing wrong, Also I dunno if this is the forum section to ask but I also got my EE TV Box today and I plug it in and connect it to my Sky broadband which is still live and it won't show me any 'What's on Now' channels as it keeps saying no information is available and it shows 0 on channels found. I don't need to connect my tv cables the round ones do I? As I thought it would do it all through the wifi or is that not live either yet as they are both set for today to go live.

Thank you very much 🙂

@XPGTomo You will receive an email from EE when the switchover from sky to EE has happened, that will advise you to when to change the sky Hub out and put your new EE Hub on, before this you are not connected or transferred over to the EE system. Once the EE One is on the connection, it may reboot a few times for any FW updates it does etc, so be patient at that point!
