Sorry. Just before I changed to EE the hub and Broadband was upgraded. It was full fibre 150 no extra extensions or booster, and in the same place , literally just swopped boxes over. Hope this helps

I recently joined EE broadband full fibre from Sky. I have 2 smart TVs . Hubby watches TV in the living room I go to watch the TV in another room, there is often a problem with the picture either in the living room or the other room, this results in having to reboot either TVs or the broadband router or both or all of them , this is happening more and more often and later in the evening, this did not happen with Sky. We live in a really tiny bungalow so neither TV is far from the Router. Please advise.

The black SR203 or the White Sky Max SR213 version, now with EE what hub did you get with there service, see the link below and look at which one is yours. Also with both Sky/EE you had a FF Full Fibre connection so straight Hub swap over. It will also be a good thing to know, is the EE Hub sitting were the Old Sky version was with no other changes, plus with sky did you have Pods or Extenders in use at that time?

https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/compare-our-range-of-broadband-hubs

Hi I had a similar size grey hub with sky and now I’ve got a white smart hub 7 plus. The bedroom TV is only 6 months old so hoping there isn’t a problem with that

@Heslopali Two things i was trying to find out, ie copper connection and upgraded to a new FF Full Fibre, your speed at a FF150 150/30Mb/s should be fine..... With a copper cable connection sometimes the Hub is not were it was before, this can cause all kinds off wifi signal issue's, ie the wifi signal is just too weak to reach the device, this can cause cascading problems not only for the one device but both as they are on possibly a wireless wifi connection to each device.....

Ideally and without knowing the spec's off your TV's going with a 2.4Ghz WPA2-PSK wifi signal same as what was being sent out off your old SR203 will sort it out for you! That you will get by turning on and using the Comp feature, and connect BOTH TV's to that new signal, will be like EE-12345-Comp when it becomes active.

A good sign the signal is reaching is take your mobile to the area, if it's not dropping out then it's just the TV operation.

There was a posting earlier that the wifi signal from the EE Smart Hub 7 Plus is pant's, never seen one never used one, but one person on the Forum is using, is very knowledgeable in all things Hubs/Software, have seen NOT one complaint from him so not wearing what the other OP has posted, but he is trying to do Downstairs/upstairs and NOT getting what he expects and all to do with speed's, which a single hub may not do possibly!

Edit:- See you found the other posting as well....

I’ve had the same problem. Moved from Sky to EE only had 150 full fibre with Sky upgraded with EE live in a very small bungalow and can’t get living room and bedroom smart TVs to work at the same time, really feel as if I’ve been had . Sick of having to keep rebooting tvs and the bloody hub !

Unless I missed it, you don't mention how you are trying to watch TV. Is it via the smart apps on the TV, or have you also changed from Sky boxes [satellite or streaming] to EETV boxes?
