You should try getting them on the Compatible Feature network, if speed is what you want then do upgrade them to at least wifi 6 devices.

Hi,

I have a Smart Hub 7 Plus router, and a few XtraBoost extenders which were purchased in 2021. They worked fine on my previous PlusNet account, but won't connect to the Smart Hub on my new EE account. Are they just too outdated for the new router?

Regards Phil.

Your previous PN router would've been WiFi5.
