      <title>Billing Account Number and Valid Landline Number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was switched from Plusnet to EE. When I try and link a product (broadband) &amp;nbsp;it says broadband found, but more details needed. I am required to enter my billing Account Number or landline number. I haven't been given my Billing Account number&amp;nbsp; ( I didn't receive a Welcome email which should contain it&amp;nbsp; and my landline number is rejected&amp;nbsp; with&amp;nbsp; “we don’t recognise this landline number”.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can someone give me the correct Billing Account Number or correct the invalid landline error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
