BT will not support you in anyway as far as they are concerned Smart Hub 2 is your baby. Setup is all going to be done to you app wise it may work EE one, for sure your MyBT app is NOT going to work with the EE Hub. Anything else you need to deal with etc.

It's likely but may not be supported by BT. Do you really need WiFi 7? WiFi 6 might be enough. The BT SH2 is only WiFi 5.

Could not even Ethernet to the BT3 version at all, would work 20 seconds then kick it's self off the connection.... Few OR engineers i found out later from the owner had never been able to make it work, wish he had told me that an hour or so earlier, saving me wasting my time on the sucker!

I'd expect them to be much the same. You have better control of the BT SH2 than the EE SHs with anything interesting left be done in an mobile app 😞 .
