      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a complaint to EE on Friday and the advisor opened a case. They texted me a reference number and a generic message saying they were looking into it and would get back to me as soon as they could. On Monday they sent a text repeating the reference number and saying they'd now closed my complaint with no explanation, no resolution, and without my consent. Under UK rules regulated by Ofcom, I have the right to &lt;STRONG&gt;reopen any closed complaint within 28 days&lt;/STRONG&gt; if I am unhappy with the resolution. The text number can't accept replies. I wish this complaint reopened immediately.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
