      <title>Loss of broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;broadband connection completely lost for &amp;nbsp;5 days, called for help once or twice a day. Guides advise openreach engineer needed but unable to book and don’t know why. I’m stuck. Any advice where to go next would be much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may also Report a Problem there.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
