Can anyone advise me on this?

I have been with EE for 12 years and 2 years ago we signed up for EE broadband however there was an apparent engineering issue where I live and we were moved to BT broadband and assured that it would have no impact, however I'm now due for upgrade and have just been told the deal I want is for EE broadband customers only and i must pay £11 more if I want that deal.

I don't want to leave EE but paying £264 more due to something out of my control is not what I intend to do.

Paul

@mancsailor : The prices you see on the EE Shop site are for new custs. By coming from BT you are considered an existing cust of the BT Group & so you are not offered new cust prices.

Anyway is the price of the deal you being offered any more than you are already paying BT?

If you don't take it up, you wouldn't be leaving EE as you're with BT.
