    <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi ,I'm now on day 3 of no internet service I have reported it but apart from a link to local WiFi which didn't work I can't find anything out ,I now all my neighbours are also without service but it just seems like we have to put with this no information garbage still as long as we are paying our bill I don't suppose it really matters how we are treated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As it is a neighbourhood issue, you could keep an eye on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="" href="https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Check service in your area&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;to see when any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router &amp;amp; WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
