Joined EE just over a month ago from Plusnet, never had any probs. We have a Smart hub 6s. We have Sky Q box connected via hard wired RF45 connections with a cable directly from the Q box to the hub. Sky cannot get past the router ! Connects to router ok but it says no internet.

Kooked into this and changed to DNS that was automatically given by Q box to 8.8.8.8 and it works.

is EE bloacking certain IP addresses ?

New FW being pushed to that EE Hub is alleged to be fixing the Ethernet port delay which may also be causing some possible issues with your sky Q connection!

I have nothing EE wise to check the Hub functionality, the Ethernet stood out like a sore thumb taking in excess of 30 seconds to connect so was an very easy spot.
