I was moved to EE from Plusnet on 23/04/26. If I use my pc to log in to my EE account to find the details of my latest bill, I can see the overall bill (I have a phone landline and broadband) and a link "View Your Bill". If I click on that link my pc comes back with an error message "Application error: a client side exception has occurred (see the browser consolr for more information)".

I raised a ticket on this a month ago, but so far no solution.

Now if I go on some other pc, "View Your Bill" goes to where it seperates the broadband charge from the phone usage bill. The phone usage bill has a link "See Digital Home Phone Usage". If I click on that it comes back with "Oops You don't appear to be logged in. Please log in here to access this page".

I click on "here" and it takes me back to the page where it shows the "View Your Bill" link, and now I am going round in circles. It shows I am logged in, its only the stupid message I got from "See Digital Home Phone Usage" that thinks I am not logged in.

I would be grateful if someone would find a solution to the "See Digital Home Phone Usage" problem for me

Thanks very much

Hi @grumpyxch,

Thanks for coming to the Community!

We're not able to view things from our side, so it would be best to give our team another call, as @JimM11 has advised. As they've already raised this for you, then they should be able to give you an update.
