    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4888855"&gt;@Wobzomby86&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Did you get the original Smart Wireless Pro extender from EE, if so there should be no issue for them to replace it with another unit. Would also try the EE Pro Hub off for 5 minutes then trying to pair it up again after that point.       <title>Extender pro never connects</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last week my WiFi extender pro stop working , flashing orange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so tried to pair it , no luck did a reset no luck .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hooked it up thru Ethernet cable directly to the router , nice solid blue light but shows as offline in the app&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried a differnt Ethernet cable and even the differnt ports , nice solid blue light but still shows offline&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unhooked it from the Ethernet the blue light stays on and but still shows as offline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ok maybe it’s the app I thought , unplugged the extender&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;move it turned it back on back to orange flashing light .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;loads of googling no real answer same common fault .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;decided to contact ee and was told I would have to pay for a new one, am sorry but am not even into a year with my contract and am not paying for a device that should have years warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any other suggestions before I go buy an alternative brand ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
