You will get a msg when you have been switched. What types of BB & landline are you switching between?

Hi,

We are changing over to EE Digital Phone & Broadband and have been given a switchover date of 'up to midnight on 25/6'. I have a new hub but presume it and phone won't work until switchover has been completed. Will I get a notification that the switchover has been done? Thanks!

@Wizzkitt e-mail and text are the two norms for the on the day change, just be aware the Landline DV and operation is a two pronged attack, incoming and outgoing calls and possible multiple routing all to be considered, you just may have to give it sometime to all gel together and work, time is 24/48hrs on landline operation. Any longer than this it's time to be calling to get things looked at.....

My EE switch, the e-mail came in at 02:23am the morning off the switch, ""Your service is good to go"" was the e-mail heading, the sky hub stayed up and working until i switched the EE Hub in sometime around noon, think i took a quick look at the sky hub and saw it had changed over to the EE Range of IP network and DNS server's 8am ish, stuck the EE Hub on the connection let it do all it's FW updates and reboots etc, switching time was somewhere around the 30 minutes mark!
