&lt;P&gt;Based on what you've described here, am I correct in thinking you have a home broadband connection with a &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/connectivity-backup-setup" target="_blank"&gt;connectivity backup&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is designed to keep you connected if there is a broadband outage, but I can appreciate it's still frustrating if this is happening regularly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you ever taken any steps to address these drop outs?&lt;/P&gt;
