If so, what has it changed to?&lt;BR /&gt;What anti-virus software are you using and what exactly does the 'unsecure' message say?&lt;BR /&gt;What port(s) is it saying are open?&lt;BR /&gt;What is the impact on your devices/Internet connectivity?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The name of my network was changed overnight, dont know who by, my anti virus software now says its an unsecure network as there is an openport to the internet and is not safe to use&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried contacting EE but still waiting for a call back, O2 were doing works yesterday to upgrade cables but nothing was said about changing my network name&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on how to fix&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Work outside isn't gonna change your network name.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had you run the EE app yesterday while your previous router was powered up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
