Webpages loading really slowly

I have the Smart Hub 7 if that’s what its called the white one with the 1.6GB package my speeds over wired are around 1.4GB but the web pages just have a spinning circle all the time for a few minutes then they load, Ive tried different web browsers, chrome, Firefox with the same problem happening.

In this router related ?

@chris34733 It's unfortunate now but there are two EE Smart Hub 7's now one is a Plus and the other is a Pro, do suspect you have the Pro version but you need to confirm so. Link below if you are not sure.

@chris34733 - is this all web pages and does it affect all devices on your network? As @JimM11 has suggested, it would be useful to know what firmware version your hub is using.

Has it always been a problem, or has it only started recently?
