      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all I switched over from bt to ee as my package was finished and wanted a cheaper package didn't switch the wifi box lately my wired connection are not working I plugged my ethernet cable directly into my laptop and no connection I think my bt smart hub 2 ethernet ports not working is there a way I can get a new wifi box and how would I be able to do so wireless is working completely fine thank you all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi it was working before I moved home etc since I been in my new house I thought it was the ethernet wall socket but today tried the ethernet cable directly into my laptop and nothing all sockets&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5010602"&gt;@Woody19912&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Do you only have the one device that has an Ethernet connection, Your home wiring connection and then testing your laptop, would pair it all back again, power of your BT Hub, power off your laptop, with them both reset only now do the Hub/Laptop direct connection that way see if the reset has cleared any potential issues etc....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5010602"&gt;@Woody19912&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Just follow&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2818"&gt;@XRaySpeX&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;advice and ask for EE to send you a replacement hub, do not remember if the BT version has NIC port led's on it, so one or the other bad hub bad laptop or bad cable. with only one device there is just no easy way to say what! You haven't per chance disabled the Ethernet Adapter in the laptop?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
