My broadband charge is £33.99 pm in march I paid 3 payments April was normal 33.99 and may I was told I had to pay £75.95 which would cover two months yet I got charged £33.99 in may. The website is always down because people are starting to realise they are being conned I was moved from bt to ee without my knowledge and had to pay almost £200 to reconnect my broadband last year in the six weeks holiday which took over a week single mother with two children one with needs, regardless no one has a spare £200 this company ought to be ashamed of themselves. Everytime I call they say we do not have an account in your name put me on hold then come back and say ahh sorry where you previously with bt. Absolute scam if I don’t get a call regarding my numerous complaints I will be taking it further everytime I access my online app it’s getting worked on I don’t believe it for a second the “it’s being worked on “ will be the people your scamming.
I want out of this contract I was put in by another company not with my consent because there incapable

As to the BT to EE move did you call to do it or did BT just move you across to the EE side, it all makes a difference in the general operation and may or may not affect the ETF that could have been applied at the time.

Complaint fill out the Form for online posting is really what you need to do and document it all keeping a copy so you have it. 1st link see the part that has mention of BT bill...

Your EE Broadband Bill Explained | Billing and Payments Help | EE

Not sure if this is how EE expect the complaint to go now as cannot locate the Form and see it is message us now.

ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint

You should be able to see your account and log-in now, during normal working hours. They are not scammers, not sure why they cannot find your account, as that does seem strange, but could be because you moved from BT to EE recently.

As @JimM11 has written, he has given you the complaints link, which is the way to go first if you are not satisfied, and they can then take a look for you to see what is going on.

If BT moved you across to the EE side then there should be zero ETF from them, and a refund possibly with timing off a move, and EE taking the 1st one month payment fairly rapid after the move, then straight payment's monthly unless you have landline without calling package were the payment may vary.....

Download all your PDF bills on the EE and the BT side then take a look at it all.
