Extender Pro 7 Unpairing

Has anyone experienced the following issues with the extender pro 7

Constantly loosing connection (flashing aqua light) despite being positioned per the guidelines.
Unpairing itself (flashing orange light)
Takes several attempts (powering off and resetting the extender) to re-pair with the hub

Out of all options I can find online right now, any other thoughts?

@matt_allen1 Can you go look and see what FW your EE Pro Hub is currently on if you can, app will show you and linked below some info..... Going to assume you have the correct Pro Hub and the correct Smart Wireless device pair also.....

FW: r3.8.25-R-1595997-PROD-1 and the gui is at App version ?.?.?. 23/12/2025
FW: r3.8.26-R-1595999-PROD-1 and the gui is at App Version is 3.1.3.19 24/12/2025
FW: r4.28.1-R-1882725-PROD-1 and the gui is at App Version is 3.14.5 31/05/2026 Stability Problem
