Landline problems

There are four phones linked to my landline account. The main phone rings out but I cannot hear caller but they can hear me. All other phones work. Also, if I dial out, no ringing sound on handsetbut call connects and they can hear me but I cannot hear them. Most frustrating paying for a service that does not work.

Are you on Digital Voice and if so how are your handsets connecting to the hub?

@Scorpian : When you say you have 4 phones on your landline a/c, do you mean you have 1 actual landline no. from EE with a main base station plugged into the router or ATA adapter + 3 other DECT slave handsets?
