      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are four phones linked to my landline account. The main phone rings out but I cannot hear caller but they can hear me. All other phones work. Also, if I dial out, no ringing sound on handsetbut call connects and they can hear me but I cannot hear them. Most frustrating paying for a service that does not work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
