FW is rolling out again as confirmed in another post so you are aware. Not able to look back as nothing is posted against your ID, so not sure if you are Pro or Plus affected Hub?

Are EE still working on the fix RE smart devices dropping off line?

We have done all the resets and router settings (compatible, channel 6 etc), however over the last few days, just when we thought it was sorted, everything is off line again.

Very annoying, we are paying a lot of money for broadband & we shouldn’t be having to log into a router hub checking/changing settings.

Hey there, @SR2026

We do have an existing thread about these issues, but I can feed back that you've been affected.

Which model of EE Hub are you using at the moment?
