    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently switched to an EE Smart Hub 7 Pro and have been having a few issues since then.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can’t get my Smart WiFi extender to connect properly, and my Tapo TC70 camera also won’t connect to the WiFi.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The camera works fine when I connect it to my phone hotspot, so I don’t think the camera itself is the problem. During setup it says “WiFi connected” and then immediately goes to a solid orange light and stays offline.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My Canon printer also stopped connecting after I changed to the new router.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve tried resetting the camera, setting it up right next to the router, restarting everything, and repeating the setup multiple times but nothing seems to work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone had similar problems with the Smart Hub 7 Pro or know of any settings I should check?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the devices that have trouble connecting:&amp;nbsp;Older or weaker devices may not be compatible with the default WiFi settings of EE Smart Hubs. Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced &amp;gt; Wireless Settings &amp;gt; Config &amp;gt; Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz only &amp;amp; WPA2) &amp;amp; connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Waiting on EE to confirm if a possible FW update to the EE Pro hub has stability problems, if you had a switch of EE Hubs, you may wish to reset the devices you have issues with or say what you had hub wise from before to your new Pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Broadband-Landline/Top-Tips-for-pairing-your-WiFi-Extenders-to-the-Smart-Hub-7-Pro/td-p/1615447" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Top Tips for pairing your WiFi Extenders to the Smart Hub 7 Pro - The EE Community&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your camera is as from tapo site, so Compatible wifi for that for sure.
