    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4314848"&gt;@JimM11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Yes, &amp;nbsp;you just pass over the bill to EE. &amp;nbsp;The credit is placed on your EE account, that can be used towards future EE bills or you can request it to your bank account. &amp;nbsp; If you want this to pay the previous ISP you need to hope you get it before the payment date for this. &amp;nbsp;There is no guarantee that will happen so you pay it yourself and then get that switching credit back to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
