Your Denon smart speaker devices not connecting what have you tried to do with the hub? See the units also have an Ethernet port on them have you tried that connection method also?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning EE community&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was until early this year with BT on there 900 fibre with a Smart Hub 2 just after Christmas I purchased a pair of Denon Home 150 smart speakers, I never had any issues with connection pairing in anyway, since then I moved to EE and was issued with the Smart Hub Pro, since then I could no longer access my EE app previously no trouble as I have 5 mobiles with them. Ever since I’ve had the Smart Hub Pro, I can no longer pair my speakers, and have got ultimate absolutely Zero help from EE tech.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;At first I thought it was the speakers at fault to which Denon replaced them, no change, EE tech not interested because they connect to the WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Having been back to Denon tech, find out that it’s a known issue with Smart Hub Pro SH40J, which apparently EE are working on, Denons solution change the router for some other make.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I can prove that they work correctly on a Sky router, BT router and also a Linksys router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Just be aware&lt;/P&gt;</description>
