Hi ee since about 3pm yesterday the WiFi has gone from 40mbps to 15mbps and it does not seem to be changing I am hoping you are already trying to fix it please at least make a post saying your noticing the issues as it is becoming very difficult to do anything on the WiFi

@Assassin5927558 Call EE CS, or run the service checker on your side, EE don't fix anything unless you let them know or if it is a KNOWN fault affecting an area that you are currently in.

Are you connected to 2.4GHz ,5GHz, 6GHz. Have you tried turning WiFi off on your device and then back on.

Yes I have tried turning it off and back on many times I have looked up many videos to try fix it and nothing has helped yet I will be calling EE to find out what's going on
