Hello, our broadband works well in all rooms except the one that is closest to i.e the sitting room. We brought a booster that our friend finds really useful but the TV and lap top signal keeps dropping out . It is fine in other rooms including our garden room , Any ideas please?

Say what type of EE hub and the Booster type you are using also, hub link is below for the EE ones.

https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/compare-our-range-of-broadband-hubs

You said ""It is fine in other rooms including our garden room"" is this the booster that you are talking about or not.

Would also be good to know what EE Hub you are using also. Tp's have the tendency to add a _EXT on the back of the wireless name, it can be edited out so you get seamless roaming as you go from area to area, that is what i do with mine.....

Range Extenders | TP-Link United Kingdom

https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/compare-our-range-of-broadband-hubs
