      <title>Internet Issues (Red PON light)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Afternoon, One and all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection issues! Having been using the internet this morning all was fine and dandy, popped to the shops while out I got a notification that my internet had failed over to StarLink. &amp;nbsp;When I returned home the PON light on the ONT was solid red, I have checked all the connections and fibre cable for damage (connection and cable all good ) then switch the power off for 30 mins or so to see if that helped. &amp;nbsp;but nothing. &amp;nbsp;On hold to EE at the moment to see what they can do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see that there are any issue logged online&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wondered if anyone else has had this issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My service is the 1.6gig,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paul&lt;/P&gt;</description>

PON red then the connection is down at OR/EE end currently.
