As you did it all at the weekend more than likely Monday onwards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, upgraded broadband yesterday after getting a really good deal with new phone etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guy in shop upgraded us from 500mbs to 900mbs for an extra £3, so why not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Speeds are still the same and the EE app still shows our plan as the old one, 500mbs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've restarted the router a couple of times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to speak to someone? How long does it normally take to upgrade as it still seems I'm on the old plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
