Having had a mare of a weekend what with our ring security cameras and chimes, wife mobile phone all loosing loosing their respective wi-fi connections, which was a pain for the wife as our indoor coverage is poor and we both rely on wi-fi calling, it appears this may have been caused by a recent firmware update to my smart hub plus and my "old tech" having difficulty maintaining a connection. I would advise people having the same or similar problem to check this site elsewhere regards creating a ""compatible network" and not do as I did which was to struggle until discovering what is hopefully the solution. I would also add this has help to improve my Manhattan t3r VCR and HP scanner/printer to function a lot better.

Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings > Config > Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz & WPA2) & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.
