hi. I have just placed a new order after my initial contract expired.

It only gave the same speeds and roughly same price as before, even after I had waited to see if there was any other speeds or options i could have after being out of contract. Sadly not.

Anyway i went ahead and had the option for 12 months or 24 months. i signed up for 12 months and reason i noticed it is suggest i cannot get to add an extra such and such as EE/BT TV as that requires 24 months.

BUT The email i just received for the confirmation suggest i have signed up for 24 months. is there anywhere to check this. There appear no way of checking apart from the email with no reply option and that suggests 24 months.

Anyone know where I can confirm before the new minimun term contract starts in the middle of next week when the kit arrives (wifi 7)

thanks

T

The email says it will be Smart Hub 7 Pro.

There were two option premium and ultimate I think they were named.

my original contract was 24 month and today it showed me 2 option as per above. I selected the one that has the visit from an expert as it was the exact same speed and I think the price was actually cheaper.

it definitely showed 12 months and 24 months as options and both were the same price so I went for 12 months and the warning about changing to 24 showed when the extras were shown.

not a big issue I guess but just tied in for extra.

and 24 months ago I had the WiFi 6 and never been sent anything new when the WiFi 7 device came out.

thanks for the info. I may call them to confirm tomorrow.
