Hello, just received my first broadband bill from EE and it doesn't show the £2.00 monthly discount incentive that Plusnet offered in their special deal to get members to transfer onto EE Full Fibre.

It seems the EE sales team know nothing about it according to the help line I've been in touch with.

I took a screen shot of the offer before applying for the transfer. So the question is ...... has anyone else managed to get the offer

@Tony761 : There's no mention of a £2 discount there; just an offer to PN users of BB + DHP for £27.99 pm.

How much are you being charged now that you've moved?

What is the name of the EE BB plan that they have put you on including its speed?

Hello,

now being charged 29.99pm for Full Fibre 150 plus phone.

£2.00 discount .... not in those words but in 2nd paragraph "Plusnet customers get ..........for just £25.99 plus phone for £2 extra" .... so £2 less than being charged now.

Yes, £27.99 for BB and £2 for phone. That's exactly what I would have to pay for the 150 package if I had been a 1st time new customer. The point is, what happened to the £2 off per month special deal for Plusnet transfers?

@Tony761 I think the relevant thing missing is the broadband speed and beleive the £25 quoted would be for the 76Mbps service, not 150.

Don't remember a 76 Mbps service being offered, but £2 difference for twice the speed seems too small a margin.

@Tony761 Lower is 25.99 yours is 27.99, did you select the higher package. You will see if they get cleared for viewing

I must have!!! Simply don't remember all those options but that explains

@Tony761 150Mb/s is a good steady FF speed, not much will falter on that and better than the lower for sure.
