      <description>&lt;P&gt;regularly checking the status of the account/order I noticed this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in track your orders, it is showing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WiFi Extender 7 Pro Device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smart Hub 7 Pro and WiFi Extender 7 Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smart Hub 7 Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if we go by that, it is saying we have 2 hubs and 2 extenders, we only have 1 extender and obviously we only have 1 hub&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;broadband has been fine from day one just the telephone side, earlier today we were assigned a temp number whilst they try to get the original number onto the account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the lady dealing with it is back in the office on the 11th, lucky for some! the lady that was dealing with it prior is currently handling it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;speaking to my mum, I know it is only £5 a month, but she doesn't like the number that has been assigned&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt; and rather than keep that number, to cancel the telephone side and only have the broadband and just use mobile, easy for her, I'll be the one calling all the companies, banks etc changing to remove the landline&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4980678"&gt;@chrislee1628&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Yours may be a little more difficult, the 1.6Gb/s package it was a NO NO for such a long time that if wanted and needed DV you were not getting it, DV was supported only as far as the FF900 speeds. There is also a new round of FW being pushed out to your Pro Hub, you never know it may also be a fix on the DV side. Last one is the new.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FW: r3.8.24-R-1531355-PROD-1 and the gui is at App version 3.1.3. 17/09/2025 Now https://&lt;BR /&gt;FW: r3.8.25-R-1595997-PROD-1 and the gui is at App version ?.?.?. 23/12/2025&lt;BR /&gt;FW: r3.8.26-R-1595999-PROD-1 and the gui is at App Version is 3.1.3.19 24/12/2025&lt;BR /&gt;FW: r4.28.1-R-1882725-PROD-1 and the gui is at App Version is 3.14.5 31/05/2026&lt;/P&gt;</description>
