      <description>&lt;P&gt;For two weeks now my outside camera goes offline, either "unstable network" or "weak signal" my wifi speed is 70mps any ideas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5001302"&gt;@ofifrin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You do not say where it is located with reference to the EE Hub, but you may wish to look at having a wireless booster closer for the strength off the wifi band closer to the outside camera. I had to use Tp-Link powerline with both the Ring Doorbell and the Camera's as the Hub wireless just did not have the strength for stability. Speed does not matter in the slightest, signal strength is the baby. Assuming you device is wireless connected and not Ethernet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Older or weaker devices may not be compatible with the default WiFi settings of EE Smart Hubs. Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced &amp;gt; Wireless Settings &amp;gt; Config &amp;gt; Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz &amp;amp; WPA2) &amp;amp; connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm an old bloke, went into Advanced settings etc but had EE warning about needing https browser , I use DuckDuck Go, so&amp;nbsp; don't&amp;nbsp; understand what that is about..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5001302"&gt;@ofifrin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You can just do the &lt;A href="https://192.168.1.254" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://192.168.1.254&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to the EE hub, ignore any security warning that your browser throws up just the new way off EE doing the connection to the Hubs, It's always hard to say what is needed, my Garage is about 45' away from the home, as mains cable run's to it have a TP-Link WPA-4220 Kit out on it, not a speed demon but covers the garage/garden/camera and the wife when she is out there you tubing on the exercise walker with her mobile phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.tp-link.com/uk/home-networking/powerline/tl-wpa4220-kit/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;TL-WPA4220 KIT | AV600 Powerline Wi-Fi Kit | TP-Link United Kingdom&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do see if the Comp network works first may give you the stability that the camera needs as long as the signal get's there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5001302"&gt;@ofifrin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- try fixing the 2.4GHz channel in the Hub Manager: -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Browse to &lt;A href="http://192.168.1.254" target="_blank"&gt;http://192.168.1.254&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Accept the security warnings by following the prompts&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to Advanced &amp;gt; Wireless (you'll need to enter the hub admin password from the removable settings card)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down to the 2.4GHz section, click the drop-down and chose one of the three channels (something &lt;EM&gt;other than&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;Smart).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click Set and save the changes&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wait a few minutes for the changes to be applied.
