Connectivity issues, support unavailable when needed

We have had tbe same problem recently. This week we have had rubbish connection 8-9pm and online support are gone for the night. Has happened at least 3 nights this week. Support come back next morning after 9am🤣🤣🤣🤣

Whats the point if it is a widespread issue and tech support dont pick up calls until next day?

@BigRoj : Is it only about that hour at night that your BB connection is bad? How's it like the rest of the day? Is that OK? If so, sounds like interference from machinery in your vicinity.
